4 Delicious YES Recipes

This week, we’ve talked about the importance of protein and spotlighted our delicious protein shake, YES. And while YES is fantastic on its own, it’s fun to shake things up from time to time. Here are some delicious YES recipes for you to try!

Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
  • 1 serving Chocolate YES
  • 6-7 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients well and enjoy!

Almond Coconut YES Smoothie
  • 1 serving Chocolate YES
  • 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. whole raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 cup ice

Blend all ingredients well and enjoy!

Banana Split YES Smoothie
  • 1 serving Chocolate YES
  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 banana

Blend all ingredients well and enjoy!

KEY LIME PIE YES SMOOTHIE
  • 1 serving Vanilla YES
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • Pinch of salt
